Summer Solstice Celebration

The Summer Solstice celebration will take place one day after the actual Solstice. But we can toast it anyway. The evening will be one of the longest of 2008.

There will be barbecues, a great swimming pool, clear skies, and a wrap up or wind down with desserts at my house, within walking distance of the pool area. Bring something to throw on the grill, any other picnic-type food to share, and your swim gear. Drinks, plates, utensils, chips & the like will be provided. If it rains all day, forget grilling outside and bring prepared food instead. We'll celebrate indoors at Elissa's home at 14210 Nesting Way, Apt. C, very near the Clubhouse. If it rains while we are cavorting, we will move to her house. If it just rains sporadically, we'll go into the Clubhouse kitchen sporadically. You can call her at (561) 703-9898.

Directions: From I-95, take the Atlantic Avenue exit in Delray Beach; west; cross over Congress Avenue; continue to Military Trail; right (north) on Military Trail; at second traffic signal, Lakefront Blvd., left (west) into Highpoint, sections 1 & 2. Continue to the Clubhouse on the left after about 3 blocks.
