Come out to Boca Raton Theatre Guild's "Grab Our Shorts" festival, at the Willow Theatre at Sugar Sand Park in Boca Raton. This is a series of staged short play readings, including one by our own Brian Reeves.
The performances begin at 7:30 p.m., and if you're so inclined, you can join us for dinner beforehand. We'll be eating at a Maggiano's restaurant, meeting at 5:00. (You can do the dinner and the plays or just one or the other. RSVP here for the plays only and then separately for the dinner.)
Tickets are $8, which includes all of the plays in the festival. Please RSVP by July 9 so the tickets can be purchased. Since we will have to buy the tickets in advance, you will be responsible for the cost of any tickets you request.

At Maggiano's we were sat at a long rectangular table and you had access for conversation only those next and directly in front of you. I suggest that whenever possible, ask the hosting restaurant to provide the group with large round tables. The plays were very good. I particularly enjoyed the q&a session at the end. It was very informational and answered questions I had about the delivery of the plays. Getting to know the background of the cast members, writers, directors and stage people was extremely interesting for me. I enjoyed this Mensa evening very much. Kudos to Brian. Lots of talent and a fantastic sense of humor. ” -
